I’m not sure whether I understand your situation precisely, but it sounds like that – non-tenure track teaching faculty – is the only option you have right now (moreover that’s only a verbal “suggestion”)
Is it easy to find a job in 연구소나 인더스트리 if you want? That might not be so.
You don’t have the privilege of choosing between two; you have none of them right now.
