L비자로 입국하시는 거나 i485 진행에는 문제가 없으나, AP 를 다시 신청해야 하는 부담은 있는 거 같습니다.
if you and your family depart the US while the I-131 Advance Parole (AP) is pending – that application will be considered abandoned and denied by USCIS. The I-485 (AOS) and I-765 (EAD) applications would continue processing under normal processing times. The AP could be resubmitted upon your return to the US.
