Home Forums Tax 터보텍스 쓰는데 tax due amount 질문 터보텍스 쓰는데 tax due amount 질문 Name * Password * Email 텍스계산은 말씀하신것 처럼 그렇게 straight forward 하지 않습니다. 일단 소득으로 봐서 net investment tax 3.8% 도 내야 하고, 그전에 받을 수 있던 각종 credit 에 limit 이 걸릴 수도 있고, Schedule A에서 itemized deduction 하는데 limit 이 생길수도 있으며, 부동산 투자가 있으면 passive loss limitation에 걸릴 수도 있고, CA 거주자인 경우 캘리포니아 ordinary income 에 합쳐지기에 tax bracket 이 변해서 주세가 증가하기도 합니다. 그러므로 내가 capital gain $200,000 이미 여기에 단순히 X 15% 혹은 20% 를 해서 텍스가 얼마 증가한다.. 이렇게 되지 않습니다.
