Read job description</strong> Read the job description carefully and make sure you understand the requirements and responsibilities. Think about how you can convince the interviewers that you are a good fit for the position. If you have questions about the position, have them ready. <strong>2. Know your resume</strong> Make sure that you know what you have in your resume. You should be able to answer any questions about things that you have in your resume. <strong>3. Show your interest, enthusiasm and energy</strong> Don't be too shy, don't be too quiet. Be interactive, and show your interest, energy and enthusiasm. Don't forget to show you have the required skill sets. <strong>4. Be positive</strong> Refrain from being negative, but be positive. Instead of saying NOTs, use positive words. Show them you are a positive person. <strong>5. Never give up</strong> Many companies often ask candidates extremely difficult questions or vague questions on purpose to see how candidates react to them. They want to see your reactions and processes of how you handle and eventually resolve those uneasy problems. If there are things to clarify, ask them for clarification. If you are blocked, ask them for help. Don't be blocked and don't give up. They want to see how you deal with difficulties. Never give up, ask questions and ask for help if you need. <strong>6. Have good questions ready</strong> Most interviewers reserved the last 5 or 10 minutes to answer your questions. Asking good questions is a good opportunity to show your interest. <strong>7. Finally make them feel that you are someone that they like to work with</strong> Let's say you are a hiring manager and looking for someone to hire. Think about what you would want your candidate to be.
