Name * Password * Email 리얼터가 소개해준 인스펙터는 리얼터에게 뒷 돈 주거나 (rebate, 미국에선 합법) 여러 사업관계가 있을것 입니다. 당연히 independent inspector가 최고이구요. Foundation inspector, roof inspector같은 special inspector고용하면 집의 안보이는 문제점 다 잡아 냅니다. 집은 안 보이는데의 문제가 훨씬 중요합니다. (밖에 보이는 페인트/벽/전기선 같은 거는 고치는데 얼마 안들어요, foundation에 crack있으면 더 큰 문제죠.)
