Home Forums Tax RSU Long-term capital gain tax 내보신분 계신가요 RSU Long-term capital gain tax 내보신분 계신가요 Name * Password * Email ESPP는 W-2 박스 14에 따로 표시되어 있지 않으면 지금 adjust 된것은 잘못된것 입니다.15% 디스카운트 된 금액이 W2에 반영 되었다는 전제하에 e-Trade supplemental form 은 준비되었습니다. 그러나 만약 ESPP가 qualified 된 것이나 혹시 disqualified 된것 이라도 회사에 따라 discount 된 금액을 W2에 반영하지 않는 경우가 있습니다 (소위 FAANG 중에 하나인 큰 회사도 이렇게 잘못 처리함). 이런경우 디스카운트 된 금액을 W2 넣는 1040 라인 1에 추가해야 합니다.
