2020년 10월 13일 이후로 i-485 제출 시 i-944 같이 안내면, 무조건 리젝인데… 변호사가 알려주지 않던가요??
If your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, is postmarked on or after Feb. 24, 2020, you may be required to file Form I-944, Declaration of Self-Sufficiency. We will reject your Form I-485 if you do not include the required forms and evidence with Form I-485 at the time of filing.
