I guess that other insurance system been formed by laws and regulations for many years. we all know health insurance is a common benefit offered across US when you get a fulltime job. it's pretty straightforward so let's move on to "hourly job" the problem is self-employment, contractors and small business owner and employee, there are so many grey areas in theses people even taxation. need more regulations!
