코골이에 이게 진짜 효과있나요?

I used it but not helping at all.
Snoring usually comes with sleep apnea. I got the prescription from ENT doctor for CPAP.
After using CPAP machine, no snoring and better sleep. Only issue is that CPAP machine is expensive.
