944 update

– USCIS issued instructions on I-944, it is required, will issue RFE if submitted without it before 10/23/2020.

– As per latest update on I-485 process, USCIS is requiring I-944 to be submitted with I-485 for all applications filed after 02/24/2020. Any case filed without it before 10/13/20 will receive and RFE. Cases filed after 10/13/20 without it will be rejected.
