Name * Password * Email 캘리포니아는 아니고 중서부쪽입니다. 저희주에서는 매주 수입이 발생했는지 (lay off 되서 실업수당 받고 있는 그 일 말고 다른일에서..) 적게 되어 있구요. 그거에 따라 해당주에 받는 실업 수당이 줄어들거나 완전 없어질수도 있는거지요. 80% of your gross earnings reported will be deducted from your weekly benefit amount and Unemployment will pay the difference, if there is anything to pay. That means if the claimant earns $100 a week and has a Weekly Benefit Amount of $200, that person would receive UI payment for $120. 이거는 그런데 week by week 입니다. 그러니 여태 다른 수입이 없어서 실업수당 온전 하게 받고 계신거는 전혀 문제 없구요. 앞으로 수익이 발생하면 그 해당주에만 실업수당에 영향이 있을거고 수익이 없는주에는 다시 원상 복구 되고 그런것으로 이해 하고 있습니다.
