Irvine Company recognizes that families and businesses are facing health and economic hardships due to the significant impact of the COVID-19 virus, and we’re committed to providing necessary support for those who need it.
If you are unable to pay your full rent in April and May, we are offering the option of deferring 50% of your April and May rent payments over a six month period, interest-free*.
For example, if your rent is $2,400/month, pay $1,200 by April 1st, $1,200 by May 1st, and then add an additional $400 per month to your rent for the next six months, starting in June.
