말씀하신데로 과거의 사례에서, Final Action Date가 Current이고 Dates for Filing chart에 문호가 있는 경우 (F2A), 매달 공지에서 Final Action Date를 사용해도 된다는 내용을 따로 명시했었습니다. 즉, 따로 명시되어 있지 않으면 MUST항이 우선이 된다고 판단됩니다.
