Home Forums Tax 타주의 일을 병행할때 세금신고 타주의 일을 병행할때 세금신고 Name * Password * Email Foreign tax credit 과 Other state tax credit 은 같은 말 입니다. 주마다 용어가 조금씩 다르지만 여기서 foreign 이란 "해외"를 뜻하는게 아니라 "거주지를 제외한 주 혹은 국가" 를 뜻 합니다. 즉, Foreign tax credit 이 Other state tax credit 보다 조금 더 넓은 의미입니다. 비슷한 예로 DE 에 회사를 등록한 후, 실제 CA에서 회사를 운영하기 위해 CA 등록하는 경우 other state entity 로 등록하는게 아니라 foreign entity 로 등록하게 됩니다.
