Home Forums Visa stem opt 거절 motion to reopen/reconsider stem opt 거절 motion to reopen/reconsider Name * Password * Email 사용하지 않은 undergraduate STEM OPT를 10년안에 사용할 수 있다고 해서 (even with a recent non-stem graduate degree) 지원을 한건데- "you graduate degree is not a stem degree" 이렇게 왔어요 ㅠㅎㅎ 몇년전 개정전 법을 가지고와서는... 어플라이할때 서류에도 문제가 없었어서 학교 & 변호사도 uscis 의 실수라고 하더라구요. 하고 있던 일이 graduate & undergraduate degree와 directly관련된 일이라서 i-20도 잘 발급 받았구요.
