캘리포니아 특히 엘에이 살려면 밴더빌트 보다 USC 학위가 더 유리하지 않을까요?

Vanderbilt is basically same as Duke/Cornell/Dartmouth/NU/Brown in academic rigor and caliber of students
USC is right below those schools.
I would choose Vanderbilt over USC .
