As per the new rule came into effect as of January 2017, employer will not be able to revoke an approved I140 application after 180 days of approval. Only USCIS can revoke (any time) if the employer is caught for any type of fraudulence. Even if the employer runs out of business the approved I140 with that employer can be used any number of times for extensions.
