You should have married your girl friend before getting the green card and applied for Follow to Join. If you marry her now and and apply for her greencard (F2A), she has to wait for more than 2 years in Korea after marriage. Or, she has to come to the states as a student(F1), marry you 3 months after the entry and apply for green card which takes 2 years.
