(출생시 받는 Medicade도 마찬가지) 그러므로 public assistance를 받은 적 있냐는 질문에는 Yes를 할 수가 없습니다. 트럼프가 곧 행정명령을 내리려고 하는 것이 Public Charge를 확대하는 것과 동시에 이렇게 시민권자 자녀가 받은 것도 영주권 신청자인 부모가 받은 것고 동일하게 보도록 하는 것입니다. 그러니 아직은 No가 맞습니다.
