IMHO...with the effort and time that you write post and wait for reply then deal with not so heart warming replies, you could just visit 영사관 website and read it. and you said "구글 검색해봤는데 잘 나오지 않아서 "...well..apparently others can find more info. Maybe practice a little more about how to Google....you can find more info just by twist query a little bit more. And on top of all of this....whatever ppl says here...is still "some one" says on internet. If 영사관 says something else...you still have to follow what they are saying. You can't argue with 영사관 based on what "some one" said on internet board. That makes us go back to the original concept. Search it by yourself for reference and ask 영사관 to verify it.
