If you are fluent in Korean and young enough, it wouldn’t be much difficult to directly apply to a SA position of a Big-4 TP team and get an offer. In South Korea, age is one of the most important factors in the job market. Since you already have two-years of experience in a Big4 in the US, I’d recommend to apply as early as possible.
