I don't think anyone can answer that. People come up with this verse and that verse to back their claim on how certain people will surely go to hell (except for themselves), but they should remember they don't have the authority and are completely missing the point. Are Koreans or Americans less evil than Japanese? It is a human tendency to hold on to something concrete to feel better, even if that concrete thing is totally made up.
