제가 예전에 했던건데요, 인도 싸이트에서 발견해서 제상황대로 바꾸어서 작성한거에요.
잘쓰지는 않았지만 의원 사무실에 충분히 어필할수 있었어요. 양식들을 메일로 보내는것보다 
직접 의원 오피스 예약잡고 양식들고 찾아가면 더 빨리 처리해줘요.
상원 하원 둘다 보내시고요,  화이팅이에요!! 반드시 잘되기를 빌어요!!
저도 같은 입장이었는데 정말 윈글님 절박함 이해해요. 
그리고 변호사 말이 전부가 아니에요. 이런 편지는 변호사 안통하셔도 되요.
변호사들도 양식이 있어요 그게 없으면 이런거 적는거 굉장히 귀찮아해요. 
돈준다고 하면 또 웃으면서 편지 보내준다고 해요. 
의원 사무실 찾아가서 설명하면요 이민국에 조회 해줘요
미국법에 입법부 (의회) 가 행정부 (이민국) 에 inquiry 를 날리면 무조건 일주일안인가 
답변해야해요. 안하면 입법부가 이민국상대로 소송을 할수 있어요.
그래서 이민국애들이 의원편지오면 제일 빨리 답변해줘요.
일상적인 답변이 아니라 자세한 답변이요. 지역의원이 좋으시면 의원직원들이 
읽어보고 이민국 답변 내용이 부실하면 자기내들이 알아서 다시 Inquiry  날리더라구요.
기분나쁘잖아요. 이민국 말단 공무원이 감히 의원사무실 official Inquiry 무시하면,

I am writing this letter to request your office's help in finding the status of my adjustment of status (I-485) applications based on marriage to a U.S. citizen, pending with National Benefits Center (Missouri) over 9 months. I had filed our I-485 applications in (날짜) with National Benefits Center (Missouri). 
I attended interview with my wife on (날짜). The interviewer told us that the medical examination report (Form I-693) was expired because of too much delay of interview (over 1 year), and everything is good except medical examination report. Interview also told us that if I can send new medical examination report as soon as possible, I will receive approve of permanent residency (Green card) in (년도). So I submitted the new medical examination report (Form I-693) on (날짜), and I received response from USCIS LA office that they received my new medical examination report.  
After that time, I haven't heard anything back from USCIS and am desperately waiting for my case to be approved. I have no clue why the adjudication on my case is taking so long while the cases filed much later than ours are routinely being approved. 
I submitted case inquiry to USCIS because of unusual processing time of I-485 application based on marriage to a U.S. citizen. I received response from USCIS on (날짜) that they did not receive anything. 
I have H1B Visa and it will be expired on (날짜) next month. If I cannot update my status until (날짜), I will get big financial loss for my family.  
I would like to request the help of your office to find out what exactly is going on with my cases and if possible push for a faster adjudication. I'd highly appreciate any help that your office can provide in this matter.
