“Buyer shall hire a licensed inspector, who is holding a EPA Asbestos Inspector License and a Maryland Asbestos License, and conduct asbestos inspection of the House, including but not limited to the items identified in the report as being possible asbestos, and deliver the asbestos survey regarding the inspection result certified by the licensed inspector. Seller agrees to reimburse any reasonable costs and expenses related to the employment of a licensed asbestos inspector and conducting an inspection upon Buyer’s submission of receipts, paperwork, or any proof of such costs and expenses to Seller.” 라고 고치면 될 것 같습니다.
