I had a very close Indian friend in college. He tried to patronize me and get more help out of me. haha. I did him a couple of favors, then I was very direct with him about patronizing me. He laughed and apologized. We got closer and he told me about why no Indian trusts other Indians. What to be careful about even between close friends. They all understand this, so there is no problem among them. He and I remain close today, but of course there is mutual understanding that I don’t fully trust him. haha.
