Jump Trading is one of the best prop shops in the world. You have to be really strong at programming though. I know few guys who get paid multi-million dollars in their twenties.
Slightly suspicious as they are reaching out to individuals though. They would have enough resumes from senior in UIUC, MIT, and CMU that they wouldn’t even bother bombarding your linkedin inbox.
