Home Forums Visa H1B transfer H1B transfer Name * Password * Email General information purpose only 로 말씀드리면, (1) 일단은, 현재 H-1B 로 일하는 상태에서 이직을 할 경우, 새로운 회사에서 H-1B 를 다시 신청을 해야 하고요, 새로 신청한 H-1B petition 이 USCIS 에서 접수가 되면 그때부터 새 회사에서 일을 시작하실수 있습니다.
