J 학교의 경우, research associate이면 faculty level position입니다. 다만, 자기 이름으로 된 funding이 없고, PI 밑에서 일하는 position이라는게 tenure track faculty와 다릅니다. 포닥에 비하면 월급도 더 많고 benefit도 더 좋습니다.
