EB2-NIW 로 140 승인 후에 8월에 485접수했거든요.

4월초에 service request 신청했는데…메일로 다음과 같은 답변이 왔어요.

service request 하면 still pending이라고 일반적으로 답변을 주나요? 궁금해서 질문 드려요.
