I-131 Advanced Parole 접수한후 RFE 받았습니다.
A copy of your original birth certificate issued by the proper civil
authority. The documentation must be in native language of the country
in which it was originally issued and if it is not in the English
language a certified English translation must be attached to the
document.제 증명 복사본과 영문 공증받은거 지금 가지고 있거든요. 근데 2007년도 예전에 한거라서..
문서에 보면 따로 Expiration은 없던데…근데 2007년 발급된 복사본 보내도 될까요?
아니면…최근에 다시 한국에 부탁해서 증명서 발급한후 공증한후 새거로 보내야 하나요?
제가 태어난거 증명이라 내용은 별반 다를것 없을듯 싶은데..
혹시 아시는분 빠른 답변좀 부탁드립니다.미리 감사의 말씀을 드리며..
