    I-751을 며칠전 우편으로 보냈습니다.저는 임시영주권도 변호사 안통하고 혼자 준비해서 아무문제 없이 받았었기 때문에 이번 정식영주권 I-751도 폼 작성하고 우편으로 보냈습니다.

    그런데 2주정도 지났는데 아무런 답변이 없네요.
    이민국 웹사이트에서 확인했을때는 특별한 준비서류없이 보내라고 되있어서 폼과 등록비(체크)를 보냈는데…
    어떤걸 더 준비해서 보냈어야 하나요?
    참,그리고 임시영주권이 11월이 만기인데…정식 영주권이 오기전까지 워킹퍼밋이 나오나요?

      You have to send documents showing the evidence of the relationship between you and your husband.
      You will receive a notice of action (NOA, I-797) soon, stating that your conditional status is extended for a 1-year period if you correctly submitted the form, check, and evidence to a service center. You can work and travel legally so you have to carry thisNOA with your conditional green card if necessary.
      I don’t know exactly how long it is going to take to remove the conditional status from your green card. But you can check the processing time at your service center. I heard it usually takes more than 6 months but it depends on the cases.
