In order to do so, you should supplement the Form I-485 record of processing with documentation relating to the new job offer that forms the basis of the INA 204(j) portability request. 이런 내용이 있는데요. 저는 shedule A 로 영주권 신청했고 140는 approve 된게 거의 5년 전이구요 ..그래서 그 이후에 job을 한번 옮겼는데 그럼 이거 꼭 해야 하는건가요? 안하면 안되는건지 궁금해서요…
