    F1 인데요. 스시가게 인수하고 싶은데, 매니져두고 수익만 가져가면 나중에 영주권 신청할때 문제 없을까요? 제이름으로 사는게 가능한지요? 쇼셜은 있구요. ABC licence도 받을수 있을까요? 그리고, 은행에서 student loan 도 받을 수 있을까요?

      With your F-1 status, you may own your business. However, you are not allowed to work or get any income from it.

      You should change your status to E-2 first, then you can run your business and get income from it.
