1월말즈음하여 PERM 넣은게 주말에 감사 걸렸다고 변호사로 부터 통보 받았습니다.

아래와 같은 내용인데요,

혹시 이게 random 오딧이라는 건가요? 아니면 selected? supervised recruitment ? 이라는 건가요?……

보통 아래 내용에 답하면 승인 확율 (HR에서 기본적인 서류는 다 잘 가지고 있는 듯? 합니다) 또한 얼마나 걸리는지 아시는지요?…. 비자 유효기간은 다가오고, 답답하네요….아시는분 답변 부탁 드립니다….

 

요구 사항은: (아마도 감사편지 첫 두장은 기본적인 내용인 듯? 합니다)

 

1. copy of this audit notification

2. 펌 9089 사인해서 첨부

3. proof of business necessity : if H-12 is NO, H-13, H-15, or H-17 are YES.

(접수한 펌 9089 에는 해당사항이 아닌듯 합니다 .. H-12 YES, 고 나머지는 NO 이니까요)

4.Documentation if H-18 is YES

(이거 또한 N/A)

5. Notice of filing documentation: Employer’s notice of filing was posted for 10days…

6. Recruitment documentation:

a. The recruitment report

b. a copy of the prevailing wage determination

c. a copy of the job order placed with the SWA

d. documentation as outlined in § 656.17(e)
