I heard back this afternoon that our requested date of February 17 or March 1st are not feasible from our Office of International Programs.

Due to issues at consulates around the world we are now told that it is a requirement to have a start date two months out meaning our date has been backed up to April 1 for start of work. With this date in mind this should accommodate for any issues that may arise.
