I’m considering NIW option for my green card application. But I guess I’m not strong candidate.

 

I earned Ph.D degree and have 10 papers which has about 20 citations. As far as I know the paper citation is important in NIW evaluation which 20 citations is somewhat low.

 

So I’m wondering if the patent citation is also applicable. I have about 10 patent and patent applications and they got about 30 citations.
