제가 이번에 F-2에서 F-1 으로 변경하는데요 I-539 form 작성중에 궁금한점이 있어서 몇가지 문의 드립니다.

 

1. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?

 

2. Has Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?

 

3.Are you, or any other person included in this application, now in removal proceedings?

 

4.Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?

 

참고로 말씀드리면 저희 가족은 관광비자로 와서 이곳에서 저희 엄마가 F1으로 바꾸셨고 아빠이름으로 영주권을 진행중에 있습니다. yes or no 선택인데 어떤 답변을 해야할까요?

3,4 번은 yes or no 에따라 그 이유를 써야합니다  뭐라고 답변해야 좋을까요?

한가지 더 궁금한게 있는데요 잔액증명하는데 돈을 빌려서 확인하고 바로 다시 돌려주려고하는데 괜찮을 까요 ? 통장에 돈이 계속 있어야하나요?
