무소식 이네요.6월 21일 접수되었다고변호사에게 797C 내용을 이메일로 받은 8월 부터매일 USCIS 홈피에서 접수번호(식구들 H4 같이….) 확인해도그저…[이니셜 리뷰] 상태로…(1) 현재 I-94 일자는 2011년 9월 28일로 이미 넘긴 상태…변호사 왈 …[180일 까지는 괜찮습니다.] 라고 하는데…맞는지요???(2) 프리미엄이 아니라 레귤러로 신청한 상태인데…180일 이내로 올해 12월 23일까지는 [승인]이 날런지요??? – 드라이브 라이센스(3) 없는 살림이지만…지금이라도 프리미엄으로 전환해야 [정신 건강]에 좋을까요???가족들에겐 아직 말하지 않고…잘 될거라고만 해 놓았습니다…기도해 주세요답글…부탁드립니다.(미리 감사 드리구요)

같은 회사에서 연장의 경우, 승인이 나지 않아도 240일까지는 합법적으로 일을 할 수 있습니다.
즉, 기존 체류 기간에 끝나기 전에 연장 신청을 하기만 하면, 기존 체류 기간이 만료되어도 계속 합법적으로 일을 할 수 있습니다.그러므로, 연장 신청 때 일을 하기 위해서는 premium process를 사용할 필요가 별로 없다고 생각합니다.
