지난번 미국 대사관에서 H1B visa 인터뷰 후 H1B 비자스탬프는 2주전에 받았는데

제 receipt number로 USCIS homepage에서 check status 하면 아직 Decision 단계이고

마지막 Post Decision Activity 단계까지는 안 갔네요..

 

(Post Decision Activity의 설명을 보면

“For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.”

이라고 되어 있네요..)

 

제가 9월 말 경에 출국하려 하는데 미국 입국에 문제가 없을까요?

혹시 유사한 경험이 있으신 분 계신가요?
