RFE 안 받을줄 알고 캘리일반으로 신청하고 기다리고 있었는데 방대한 양을 받았습니다.

 

우선 저는 산부인과 닥터 오피스에(직원 7명) accountant 로 들어가고 미국에서 학사 회계학 했습니다.

 

Job description 이랑 Standards for position (4개 중 한개 이상 충족하여야 함) 받았는데

standard 중 두개 갈피가 안잡혀서요.. 경험 있으신분들 공유해주세요.

 

 
1) the degree requirement is common to the industry in parallel positions among similar organizations (i.e., organizations with 10 employees) or, in the alternative an employer may show that its particular position is so complex or unique that it can be performed only by an individual with a degree.

 

2) the nature of the specific duties are so specialized and complex that knowledge required to perform the duties is usually associated with the attainment of a baccalaureate or higher degree.

 

그리고 스탠다드 4개중 3개만 충족시킬수 있을것 같은데 그래도 괜찮은지요?
