  이곳에서 이런저런 글들 보며 이민생활 도움을 많이 받아서 항상 여러분들께 감사 드립니다. 미국 건너온지 12년이란 세월이 흘렀네요. 영주권이 없어서 매 2년마다 비자 갱신하며 살아왔었는데, 갈수록 갱신 서류에 대해서도 엄격해지고 사업도 어려워 참 여러가지로 시름이 많아지는 것 같습니다.

  이번에 E-2 갱신 서류를 예전과 비슷하게 준비해서 제출했는데 Notice of Action이 왔네요. 요구하는 내용도 어찌나 많은지…

제가 궁금한 항목이

* Business Licenses: Submit copies of the investment enterprise’s current valid city, county, state and federal business licenses를 제출하라는데요, 제가 세탁소를 운영해서 별다른 라이센스가 없습니다. 무엇을 제출해야 하는지 모르겠습니다. 혹시 유사 분야에 사업하시는 분 어떤 서류를 제출했는지 여쭙고 싶습니다.

* Telephone Directory Listing: Submit a copy of the investment enterprise’s telephone directory listing. -> 제 업소가 엘로우북에 실려있는 것을 카피하면 되는 걸까요?

* Business Plan: Submit copies of current and original business plans that have been prapared by the investment enterprise’s management. The plan should include specific details as to the business to be conducted, and one, three, and five-year projections for business expense, sales, gross income and profits or losses. Provide detailed explanations for any deviations from the original businiess plan.

-> 제가 초기 E-2 비자 신청 당시부터 이전 갱신할 때까지는 사업계획서를 제출한 적이 없었는데 이번에는 이런것도 요구하더군요. 혹시 최근에 제출하신 분들 예제 좀 보내주실 수 있을까요?

 

준비할 수 있는 기간이 한달인데 벌써 일주일 이상이 지나 버렸네요.
