As of August 1, 2003, an applicant seeking a change of status to or form an F2 or M2 dependent classification must be issued Dependent Copy of the SEVIS Form I-20 ,Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status. Please submit the properly issued original Dependent Copy of the SEVIS I-20 for each person with a dependent status included in your application. The form must contain original signatures of both the student and designated school official.

저는 2005년 관광비자를 처음 받았구요. 2006년 처음 미국에 들어왔습니다.

이번은 작년에 들어와 변경신청했구요.신랑은 2004년 학생비자 거절되서 , 2005년 관광으로 들어와 학생비자 로 변경했구요.
