Never received L/C

My Boss received the L/C approval E-mail in late May but the actual document was never received.

I have contacted my lawyer and she is saying that I should go ahead and file the I-140 and that a copy of the L/C will be sent to the uscis directly from the dol.

Is this something that is possible?

(I found a listing dated 2010/3/24 and the answer was that I need to request a duplicate from the DOL)

  That is exactly what happend to me. My LC was approved in May. We waited a month waiting for a copy of LC. No luck.
  We filed I-140 without a copy of LC but could not file it through the premium processing.
  My lawyer said that we could not file I-140 throught premium process if we didn’t have a copy of LC. I don’t know if it is true.
