안녕하세요. 지금 F1 비자로 미국에서 공부하고 있는 학생입니다. 몇 달 있으면 F1 비자가 만료되어 캐나다에 가서 비자를 재발급하려고 합니다. 비자 만료되어도 체류할 수 있다는 것은 알지만 곧 EB2-NIW 신청을 하려고 준비 중이어서 재발급 받으려고 합니다. 비자 재발급 처리 시간에 대해 궁금하여 질문드립니다.

밴쿠버에 있는 미국 영사관 홈페이지에서 Visa Wait Time을 검색해보니 이렇게 나옵니다.

Typical Wait Time (Calendar Days*) for a Nonimmigrant Visa Interview Appointment

Visitors Visas: 22 Days
Student/Exchange Visitors Visas: 3 Days
All Other Nonimmigrant Visas*** (Excludes: A, G, K, and V): 3 Days

****IMPORTANT NOTE: Processing wait time DOES NOT include
the time required for administrative processing. These procedures
require additional time. Most administrative processing is resolved
within 60 days of application. When administrative processing is
required, the timing will vary based on individual circumstances of each
case. Therefore, before making inquiries about status of administrative
processing, applicants or their representatives will need to wait at
least 90 days from the date of interview or submission of supplemental
documents, whichever is later. Processing wait time also does not
include the time required to return the passport to applicants, by
either courier services or the local mail system.

제가 궁금한 점은 이 밑에 ****에 설명되어 있는 부분입니다. Administrative processing 이 60일 걸릴 수 있다고 나오는데 이게 무슨 뜻인가요? 비자 인터뷰는 3일 내로 잡을 수 있고 인터뷰 후에 3일 기다리면 비자가 나온다는 건가요? 아니면 비자 인터뷰를 60일 뒤로 잡아야 하는 것인가요? 답변 부탁드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
