H1B 잡타이틀이 바뀌었습니다 연장시 대책은?

    안녕하세요

    현재 첫번째 H1B를 Accountant로 받아서 일을 하고 있는데, 회사에서 Cost Accounting 하던 김에 Supply Chain Manager (또는 Logistics Manager)을 맡아서 해보라고 해서 잡타이틀하고 일의 성격이 달라질 것 같습니다.

    Finance/Tax/Cost Accounting 담당 => Cost Accounting/Logistics Manager/Supply Chain Analyst 정도로 일의 성격이 좀 달라지는건데요

    검색해 보니 하던 일의 성격이 완전히 바뀌면 Amendment을 해야 한다고 나와서요. 올해 H1B 3년차로 연장신청을 해야 하는데 그때 바꾸어야 하는건가요?

    LC가 Accountant로 들어가서 거의 나올때가 되었는데 나중에 영주권 받을때는 문제가 없을지… 복잡하네요 ㅠㅠ

      다시 원글인데요 물류쪽 관련해서 Manager란 타이틀을 굳이 붙이라고 해서 고민입니다…

      My company did change my job title and filed extension at the same time.
      It wasn’t time to extend. But since my job title was changed in the 2nd year of H1B period, They just filed extension with new job title.

      It took about 4 month to be approved but I got increased salary before approval.
