I think there is some confusion around who is not able to
use e-filing for an EAD renewal.  One of attorneys made a comment here that for those who filed an EAD BEFORE the fee increase
is not eligible for using an e-file, but this is absolutely misstated.  In fact, anyone filed AFTER the fee increase,
therefore no additional fee required for a renewal, is not eligible for
e-filing…
