오늘 6시29분에 메일이 들어왔네요.
11월23일 I-140 RFE 받아서 12월10일 RFE 접수하고
기다리고 있는데 140 은 아직도 REQUEST for Evidence 에
있는데 1-485 는 이러한 메일이 왔네요.
어떻게 승인이 난것인지 선배님들의 조언을 부탁드립니다.
그리고 와이프는 아직도 이니셜 리뷰에 있는데 승인이
어느정도 걸리는지?
와이프의 경우 언제 연락이 오는지 조언을 부탁드립니다.
만약 승인 이라면 눈물이 납니다.Card/ Document Production
On December 21, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a “green card”) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.
