Would anyone please answer me? What is the difference between Visa Issued and Status Adjusted like in E31 and E36?

Visa Issued -> 미대사관에서 인터뷰 후 여권에 영주권비자를 받아온 케이스입니다.

Status Adjusted -> I-485를 신청하여 미국내에서 비이민비자 신분에서 영주권 신분으로 조정을 한 케이스입니다. (AOS)

저같은 경우는 EB2로 받은 케이스인데 왜 카드에는 E37 (EB3)로 기재되었나요?
별 문제될건 없지만 그냥 궁금하네요…이것도 이민국 오류인가요?

혹시 저처럼 EB2로 진행했지만 E37 처럼 EB3로 기재된 분 있으신가요?
어쩜 많이 있을 수도 있을거 같은데…
