전 8월 18일 접수 인데,, 아직 소식이 없어서,,
trackitt 확인 해 보면,, 슬슬 8월 접수자들도 간간히 승인 나는데,,
요즘 들어선 조금씩 밀려서 대충 60일 정도 걸리는듯도 하고요,,
암튼 축하드리고,, 140/485 도 매끄럽게 잘 진행 되시길 바랍니다,,

LC가 나왔기 때문에 취업비자는 상관없다는데요
지금 OPT로 있기 때문에 괜챦은것 같아요
요새 3-4개월이면 나오는것같아요 곧 좋은소식이 있을껍니다 화이팅 ^^

Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
1) Form I-485 (type or print in black ink, answer all questions, use N/A or “none” when necessary, and don’t forget to sign it!); (Form은 이민국(USCIS) 홈페이지에서 검색하시면 나옴)
2) Form I-485A, Supplement A, if filed under 245(i);(245i 로 접수할 경우)
3) Fee payment checks;($1,010/어른1명당,$600/14세미만 또는 79세이상 – 곧 인상된다고 하니 인상전에 접수하세요)
4) Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet, for applicants between 14 and 79 years of age;(4장, 사인확인(블루로 하는 게 좋음- 간혹 copy로 오인 추가서류 요구하는 경우 있음.)
5) Approval notice for I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker;(동시접수 안하고,I-140먼저 접수할 경우)
6) Form I-693, Medical Examination, signed and sealed by a designated physician;(이민국 지정병원.이민국 홈페이지 find a doctor에서 찾음. 전$120에 했음 LA한인타운. 결핵양성 나오면 추가금액 $40-50.)
7) Form G-28, if you have an attorney representing your case;(변호사 선임시)
Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (EAD), optional but recommended;(노동허가 신청)
9) Form I-131, Application for Travel Document (Advance Parole – AP), optional but recommended;(여행허가 신청)
11) Passport photos, 2″x2″ full face color frontal view on a white or off-white background (although USCIS now uses your photos taken during fingerprint appointment); 131/765/485 모두 접수시 6장 필요.
12) Birth certificate, or other records of your birth (for example, notarized birth documents for Chinese nationals); 제적등본 원본 및 번역본(본인이 번역,확인해도 상관없음.번역 블로그 참고하세요.)

13) Passport pages with non-immigrant visas
14) Arrest and criminal history. Even if no charges were filed, or all charges were dismissed, or any conviction was vacated, sealed, expunged or otherwise removed from your record, they still need to be reported and accompanied with certified documents and court orders. Consult an immigration attorney if you are not sure whether a particular incident was considered an arrest;(전의 범법,재판 기록이 있으면 Court에서 발행. 없으면 “No”,있으면 I-485작성중 범법기록 “Yes”, 인터뷰로 갈 확률 높음.
15) Employment verification letter from sponsoring employer, on a company letterhead, stating your salary, position and the job is still available;
16) Tax returns for the previous two years;
17) W-2 forms for the previous two years;
18) Recent pay stubs;
19) Degree certificates;
20) All previous EAD’s including student practical training;
21) All I-94 cards used to enter the US;
22) All I-20 and I-797 forms, required by some law firms;

If I-485 is filed concurrently with I-140, add:(I-485,140 동시접수시)
1) Form I-140 or receipt of a pending I-140;
2) A labor certification or request for a national interest waiver;(원본확인,사인(스폰서/변호사/본인)확인, 꼭!!!-간혹 싸인 안해 추가서류 나오는 경우 있음.)
3) Supporting cover letter from employer;
4) Employment verification letters from previous jobs;
5) Other evidence that you meet LC requirements; (H1B거절사유가 직종과 관련있으면 같이 들어가는 것이 좋음. 나중에 추가서류 나올 확률이 있음.)
6) Evidence that the employer has the ability to pay the wage.(가장중요!!! 스폰서 회사의 Tax Return Income이 Prevailing Wage보다 높아야 함)
