I-485 승인메일받았는데… 다시 리뷰로 바꿨네요?

    9월1일자로 I-485 승인메일받았은데..9월7일 Approval noticed 을 받았는데…
    9월22일자로 아래와 같은 내용으로 바꿔습니다.
    아래 내용은 무엇일까요….
    주소는 아무 이상없는데..
    혹시 변호사에게 가는메일이 리턴됬을까요.
    변호사 사무실을 이전했거든요..

    On September 22, 2010, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.

    During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant’s/petitioner’s criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators

      변호사 사무실에 야기하셔서 해결해달라고 하세요. 전 똑바로 주소 썼는데 변호사 사무실에서 잘 못 기재해 EAD 카드가 리턴 된적 있습니다 ,, 혹시 변호사가 이민국에 낼때 복사된 서류가 있다면 자세히 주소 보시길.. 가끔 오류가 발견되거든요,..

      제 경우는 주소가 정확했는데도 리턴이 되었더라구요. 우체국에서 엉뚱한 곳으로 보냈다가 되돌려 보냈던 것 같아요. 아무튼 적혀있는 번호로 전화를 하셔서 주소를 확인하시면 다시 보내줄 거에요.

      답글 감사합니다. 오늘 적혀있는 번호로 전화를 했습니다. 다시 받는데 얼마나 걸릴까요?
      9월7일에 받은 승인메일을 변호사 사무실에 오리지널을 보내구 저희에게도 보냈나봐요..
      혹시 변호사에게 보낸 메일일 리턴된것 같아요… 우리 변호사가 오래되서 포워드 시키지 않았다고 하네요..
